coming off a week of triple-digit temperatures, I think it’s better to try to end data centers than complain about the heat. That said, we do have these ridiculous temperatures so we may as well try to take care of ourselves as we work to stop tech billionaires from trying to cook us alive. (Here are some resources, but please remember that there is a lot we can do in our own spheres, such as shift toward a plant-based diet.)
After
Alright, folks, let’s fire up our blenders!
Whether it’s because of the heat or you simply want a quick, easy meal or treat with minimal clean-up, you can’t go wrong with a blender (or sometimes a food processor). I happen to be ride-or-die with my trusted Vitamix but really, any blender will do. Enjoy!
Breakfast bonanzas
I am a diehard enthusiast for the morning smoothie breakfast. Depending on the ingredients, it can be a filling and nutritious way to start your day, not to mention quick and easy.
